Who Is The New Book Lose Weight Like Crazy For?

What is lose weight like crazy about?

The new book from Autumn Calabrese is a 30 day intro to her nutrition program The Ultimate Portion Fix. Her book: Lose Weight Like Crazy Even If You Have A Crazy Life is filled with her personal stories, other people’s success stories from following this simplified nutrition plan, and calculations so you can follow the nutrition program (really more like a lifestyle) too.

 

how do I know if lose weight like crazy is for me

Personally, I believe that everyone could benefit from learning more about the portion control containers, The Ultimate Portion Fix nutrition course/program, and Autumn Calabrese. It’s been five years since I was introduced to the portion control containers while completing the 21 Day Fix Workout Program and they transformed the way I saw nutrition and increased my confidence that I was in fact eating healthy 10-fold.

Lose Weight Like Crazy is for you if:

  • You like to have a more personal connection with the people you learn from

  • You have to read a few success stories before you start believing that change and results are possible for you, too

  • You absolutely refuse to count calories or hate math in general #calculatorsexistforareason

  • You aren’t into the starving diet scene (um, just say no)

  • You refuse to give up dessert (chocolate lovers unite)

  • You want to find a sustainable way of eating you can seamlessly integrate into your life

is lose weight like crazy really different than The Ultimate Portion Fix Program/Course?

In total transparency, I have not read Autumn’s new book yet (gasp!) but there’s a pretty good reason: we’ve been living in a hotel since July 1st when we moved from WA to WI (ok there was that point where we weren’t allowed to leave WI for two weeks and we lived out of our rooftop tent and friends’ houses #militarylife). And I had bought A TON of books (before this book was released) to fill the moving gap and I haven’t quite finished them yet!

BUT it is absolutely on my list for this fall and I will update this post or add a new blog post with an official personal review. From what I can tell on the reviews on Amazon though, there isn’t A TON of new information that isn’t included in The online nutrition program The Ultimate Portion Fix on Beachbody on Demand.

This isn’t really that eye-opening though, because a book is a way to bring your information and knowledge to a wider audience including those who aren’t really interested in going through a video-based Nutrition Course/Program. Sometimes, an online course can feel WAY TOO overwhelming to people so they’d rather “dip their toes in” by reading a book before they up-level to the course.

If you’ve already taken The Ultimate Portion Fix Nutrition Program/Course, then I would suggest only grabbing the book if you wanted to dive deeper into Autumn’s personal stories and learn about other people’s success stories (which is WHY I’ll be purchasing the book).

what if I want to add at home workouts to lose weight like crazy?

I’m so glad you asked! Here’s the deal, nutrition is going to be a game-changer in the speed of how you lose weight, but exercise is going to make you a stronger person (physically, mentally, emotionally). Exercise is such an important part of the equation and there are a bunch of totally free ways to get started with at-home workouts.

wrap up: should you buy lose weight like crazy?

In my mind, an ambitious woman is all about learning ways to make her life better, more efficient, and ultimately filled with more whole-hearted living. I want ambitious women to feel the desire to do big things while also feeling a level of content-ness for where they are right now.

Reading books including those on nutrition, mindset shifts, and building more personal connections with the Super Trainers if you’re in the Beachbody community can strengthen your bond and your commitment to leading a healthier life. That’s one of the main reasons I’ll be buying the book: to keep my momentum going and to continue to learn about nutrition so it becomes easier.
