The Best Hand and Finger Stretches For Athletes, Gamers, Guitar and Piano Players

Here are two finger stretches to decrease hand tightness, finger/hand pain, and improve finger mobility in less than 5 minutes.

Finger sprains and tightness can occur due to overuse injuries, increased tightness occurring over time due to typing or other activities that require finger flexion, and acute sprains or injuries.

Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists can evaluate a finger mobility problem if you find yourself needing additional support.
