Bowflex Adjustable Weights: Recommended for all programs.
These are the weights I have and use. I typically use these as my heavy weights and also have 5”, 10” weights for medium/light.
Core Fitness Adjustable Dumbbells: Recommended for all programs.
I do not personally own these weights, however, I have multiple friends who recommend them. I like how they are not as long as the Bowflex Weights that I have. If my bowflex weights ever break, I probably will try these next.
Rock Tape Kinesiotape (K Tape): Recommended for increasing the support of muscles/joints, to decrease muscle, joint, and nerve pain, and decrease inflammation (swelling).
Alpha Ball (nicer version of a lacrosse ball): Recommended for releasing muscle pain and tightness, releasing trigger points, completing self massage of shoulders and back, improving posture, range of motion, and mobility/flexibility.
36” Black Foam Roller: Recommended for muscle recovery, stretching, decreasing muscle tightness/soreness, use with all home workout programs, and posture improvement.
I’ve used this foam roller for 5+ years and it still holds up great.
Silicone Cupping Therapy Set: Recommended for all muscular pain (shoulder, abdominal, hip/leg, foot, back).
I bought a different brand that is no longer available, but this option is the closest and has good reviews. I use these for shoulder pain/impingement, abdominal tightness/bloating, and sciatic nerve pain on my glutes.
18” Tiger Tail Massage Stick: Recommended for muscle recovery, releasing muscle tightness and pain, neck pain/tightness, injury recovery, for runners, and any beachbody/home program.
Futuro Compression Wrist Brace: Recommended for wrist pain, carpal tunnel, wrist sprains, nerve pain in the fingers/hand/wrist/forearm, and ligament laxity.
