so, your beachbody on demand membership is up for renewal and you want the best deal…
I totally get that, in fact, it’s SUPER SMART. Here are all the details you need in order to make that happen (because like all good things, you need a bit of planning!).
the best deal when renewing your membership is to cancel it (before it auto-renews) and immediately upgrade to a challenge pack with a VIP early release workout program.
why should you do this?
cost savings + try new products
VIP Early Release workout programs are the brand new workout programs Beachbody has released in the last six months. They are typically $50 per program in addition to your BOD membership. After six months, the program is then released to the BOD library, which gives everyone access to it.
When your membership is about to renew, it’s a perfect time to cancel your membership and upgrade to a challenge pack for a VIP membership workout program.
how do you know which workout programs are currently VIP early access?
Each program that is on VIP Early Access, has a banner on it when you search for it via the BOD app or beachbodyondemand.com (see picture below of when MBF/MBFA were on VIP Early Access).
cool, i’m about to renew and there is a VIP workout program I’d like to do, now what?
Now, you’re going to take the following steps:
Log into Teambeachbody.com
Go to “My Memberships”
Click on your Beachbody on Demand Membership order (make sure that it hasn’t already auto-renewed).
Select “upgrade to total solution pack” option*
Pick “total solution pack” option
Select your VIP pack you’d like + check out
*You can alternatively choose to cancel your current membership (instead of selecting “upgrade” in the subscriptions tab, log out, log back in, and purchase a total solution pack.
Step 1: Log in and Click on your profile to go to “My Memberships” highlighted below
Step 2: Choose Manage to “cancel membership” or “upgrade to Total Solution pack” either option is fine
Step 3: If you choose the “upgrade” option, you will pick the “total solution pack” option.
Note: make sure your BOD subscription has not yet auto-renewed if you pick this option. Best to cancel/upgrade to a total solution pack within 2-3 days of renewal and not day of.
Step 4: The upgrade to total solution pack will automatically cancel your BOD account and will redirect you to the total solution purchase page at the teambeachbody website.
If you choose the “cancel membership,” from the “manage” option you will have to log out of the teambeachbody website, log back in, and then go to the Total Solution Pack page to pick which option you want.
Click “Manage” and “Cancel Membership” option to cancel your BOD, then log out, log back in and purchase a Total Solution Pack by clicking on the photo.
We do not recommend cancelling your BOD membership more than a week or two in advance as you will technically lose money since you will forfeit any unused days.
We recommend cancelling it the week of your renewal if possible. If you have any issues you can always contact customer service and they can assist you 24/7.
Step 5: Pick your total solution pack (best deal when renewing)

Make sure it’s BEFORE it auto-renews
Click “upgrade to a total solution pack.”
Your BOD membership will be cancelled and you’ll be directed to the total solution pack website (check it out early here)
Purchase your VIP Early Access total solution pack with shakeology and/or the performance line, etc.
You get a great deal (BOD $99/year + supplements $130 each + equipment $60 + VIP early access $50 = $339 worth of products for ~ $160)
