10 Rounds A Boxing And Lifting Online Home Workout Program

I’ve always wanted to try boxing, but the ONE time I gathered the courage & went into a gym it was closing down & getting ready to move. Fast forward 10 years & I’m FINALLY getting the chance to learn about boxing while not having to leave my house (well, that’s good because right now I really can’t #coronavirus). Have you always wanted to punch things but never found a way to do it productively or legally? I put that word in all caps, because it’s a violent word in the feminine language. It’s a word that may make you want to click off this blog right now, for the sake of your soul though, please don’t.
