In our culture, we carry around "being busy," like a badge of honor. When was the last time someone high fived you for saying, "I took an hour to put myself first today?" Instead, we talk about how busy we are, give each other knowing glances, and talk about the latest netflix binge we did - spending hours on the couch just so we can face another week come Monday.

Netflix's data shows that the average person finishes a SEASON in FIVE days, spending TWO hours a day watching Netflix.
