January Girl Squad

January Fitness Girl Squad starts Jan 15th

Qualifications:

Must be willing to GET STRONG instead of just lose weight, open to high quality plant based nutrition, easy recipes, positivity, and a fun uplifting atmosphere.  Must be ready to make new friends & put in 30-60 minutes 3-5x a week toward a stronger version of you.

Who this is for: Women ages 21-40 looking for a group of inspiring, positive friends to encourage and be encouraged by as she uses fitness and balanced, simple nutrition to fuel her passions, adventures, & feel STRONG in her skin.

Who this is NOT for: Those who are looking for a quick fix, those who are not willing to grow, negative minded people who aren't willing to be open to positivity and growth.
